The track, titled Bird Song, features puns such as “I’m robin this joint”, and “Stayin’ rich like an ostrich”. It has been described as a “dark, playful” tune, and has been produced by Blaqstarr, who also co-produced Go Off with Skrillex.

This latest teaser from the forthcoming album follows the release of two other songs from AIM Borders and Go Off — with MIA also promising that a different version of Bird Song produced by Diplo is still to come (via Rolling Stone).

MIA’s new album, AIM, is set to drop on September 9 via Interscope. — AFP-Relaxnews
